The title refers to the silence in my life that I am appreciating a lot at the moment. I love to call it „comfortable silence“. It feels good to take a step back and focus on my health by removing myself from situations and people that are not good for me no matter how hard it is. I am grateful for how my life is feeling and being able to see the beauty in things and myself again after I avoided to be alone with my thoughts for so long."
